Fitness can be challenging. Even more so to be consistent
about it. Over the years I have maintained some kind of fitness; however, I struggled at "what style of fitness works for a Mom of 3" and the everyday changes as a stay-at-home/homeschooling-Mom.
Long story short, I reached out to Ms. Angel for advice and a program. Ms. Angel was supportive in addition to providing fitness/dietary techniques and availability to answer questions. This helped set me up for a better long-term fitness. My HATS OFF to Ms. Angel and her sensitivity and education to help us individuals who want and need a healthy lifestyle.
